Harvest Dinner- September 30

Join us September 30 for Le Jardin’s Harvest Dinner. Chef Grandgeorge and his team will feature locally sourced ingredients from the garden, field, farm and orchard. This three course meal includes a complimentary amuse bouche.

Guests will select one option per course from the following menu:

Garden

Smoked almond & tomato soup – Clarion Sage yellow blush tomatoes, bibb lettuce, Rooster Ridge egg salad, bacon crumbles

Field

Carlisle sweet corn and jalapeno griddle cake, tomato butter, arugula, basil vinaigrette, parmesan

Roasted Maxwell Farms squash soup, apple sticks, toasted coconut, Aleppo pepper

Farm

Mustard crusted chicken, fresh maple syrup-brown butter, sweet potato, rosemary and bacon hash

Rotisserie Berkwood Farms pork loin, aged balsamic, rehydrated figs, parsnip mashers, broccolini, Cognac gastrique

Butcher Crick Farm grilled eggplant involtini, merguez lamb sausage, roasted san marzano arrabbiata sauce, Picholine olive oil

Orchard

Buttermilk cake, molten Brie cheese, Green Zebra tomato jam, Rose poached Rooster Ridge pears

Stuffed & Baked Iowa Orchards Paula Red Apple, cinnamon rice, dried cherries, spiced walnuts, goat milk caramel sauce

Dinner is $34 per person for this reservation only event, space is limited. Please call 515-255-5787 for reservations. Reservations for the first seating will be from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a second seating from 7:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Each seating allow for a two hour dining experience.
