Join us Sunday, April 5 and celebrate Easter with a special brunch menu. All Easter brunch entrees come with your choice of two sides and a children’s entrée is available. Brunch entrees include:
Prosciutto, spinach and parmesan quiche
Wild mushroom omelet, parmesan, truffle oil
Petite filet of beef tenderloin, sautéed onions and peppers, paprika butter
Asparagus and goat cheese omelet, roasted pepper crema, amaranth
Cajun salmon cakes, remoulade sauce, fried farm fresh egg
Fresh herb omelette, crème fraiche, carrot sprouts, salmon caviar
Baked crème brulee French toast, caramel bottom, Grand Marnier custard, maple syrup
Smoked salmon crepe, caper cream cheese, crème fraiche, cucumber, onion and mint relish
Crab Omelette, cherry tomatoes, spinach, parmesan, Pernod red sauce
Just for Kids Meal, cheesy scrambled eggs, yogurt, apple turnover
Easter brunch will be served 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and reservations are recommended. Three seatings are available and each provides for an hour and a half dining experience. Reservations for the first seating will be taken at 9:00, 9:15 and 9:30, for the second seating at 10:30, 10:45 and 11 and for the third seating at Noon, 12:15 and 12:30.
