Harvest Dinner at Le Jardin
Join us Tuesday, October 20 for Le Jardin’s annual Harvest Dinner. Chef Grandgeorge and his team will feature locally sourced ingredients from the field, farm and orchard in a four course dinner.
Guests will select one option per course from the following menu:
Garden – Amuse Bouche
Maxwell Farms roasted butternut squash soup, apple sticks, toasted coconut, Aleppo pepper
Field
Mixed greens salad, roasted sweet potatoes, blue cheese crumbles, grilled garden pepper vinaigrette, peppered bacon & candied walnuts
Pumpkin croissant, fromage blanc, fried sage, braised duck, spiced honey, arugula, cider vinaigrette
Farm
Mustard crusted chicken, Prairie Mill maple syrup-brown butter, sweet potato, rosemary and bacon hash
Berkwood Farms pork loin, Brussels sprouts, white beans, pecorino, Iowa Orchard McIntosh apple jus
Stuffed Acorn Squash, Brussels sprouts, fried sage, quinoa, dried cherries, baked brie crust

Dinner is $38 per person for this reservation only event, space is limited. Please call 515-255-5787 for reservations. Reservations for the first seating will be from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a second seating from 7:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Each seating allow for a two hour dining experience.
