Look for a new Korean BBQ series to compliment Le Jardin’s Saturday steak night feature this summer. The Korean BBQ feature for the month of May will be a Berkwood Farms pork collar steak. This entrée features grilled Bulgogi style pork collar, green onion and spring pea whole wheat pancake, gochujang butter, fried eggs and wu wu sauce.
