Le Jardin has teamed up with Confluence Brewery to host its first ever joint beer dinner on January 26. A five course meal with beer pairings will be served by Chef Tag Grandgeorge and his team at the brewery.

Passed Appetizers
Rye toast, crème fraiche, pickled hearing, boiled egg
Pita chip, avocado mousse and marinated roasted turnips
Water cracker, red pepper hummus, cucumber and caper relish

Salad
Mixed greens, Double IPA – mango vinaigrette, pears, smoked almonds & goat cheese.
Beer Pairing : Rock Dodger Double IPA
Main
Thomas Beck Black IPA braised brisket, smoked tomato gravy, white cheddar
and artichoke mashed potatoes, green beans and bacon drippings.
Beer Pairing: Weather Beacon Red
Cheese
Frisian farms smoked gouda, Comte French cheddar, Chef Tag’s smoked lake trout,
Camp Fire grained mustard, Gala apples and horseradish muffin.

Dessert
Apricot upside down cake, lemon syrup, homemade lavender ice cream.

Dinner is $60 including tax and gratuity. Additional beers may be purchased. The evening will start at 5:45 p.m. with a welcome beer and passed appetizers.
