Le Jardin will return to the Peace Tree Brewing Company tap room in Knoxville on March 4 at 5:30 p.m. to celebrate Fat Tuesday.

Chef Tag Grandgeorge will treat beer and food lovers alike to a decadent four course meal. Each course will be paired with Peacetree Brews and Chef Tag will sneak some beer into his recipes as well. Peace Tree staff will be on hand to roll out the red carpet, talk beer and give brewery tours. Be warned, they are a fun, knowledgeable team!

Appetizers

Sidekick Kolsch boiled shrimp, avocado mousse

Muffuletta toast with smoked pork belly

Beer Pairing- No Coast IPA

First Course

Moque choux griddle cake, mixed greens, smoked pork shoulder, bayou pepper vinaigrette.

Beer Pairing- Hop Wrangler

Second Course

Chicken & Andouille sausage gumbo, Black River Gumbo Stout cornbread

Beer Pairing- Red Rambler

Dessert

Cream cheese king cake, homemade cinnamon ice cream, warm Templeton Rye praline sauce

Beer Pairing- Imperial Stout

Dinner is $55 including tax and gratuity. Additional beers may be purchased. The evening will start at 5:30 p.m. with a welcome beer and passed appetizers. Dinner will start promptly at 6:00 p.m..
