First Course
Crab and Parmesan Clafoutis, roasted pepper coulis, radish sprouts
Smoked salmon toast, caper yogurt, avocado mousse
Second Course
Blackberry & Brie Salad – mandarin oranges, candied pecans, bacon, basil vinaigrette
Sesame Kale Salad – roasted sweet potato, bacon, walnuts
Main Course
Chicken Francese – artichoke relish, potato purèe, Dolin Vermouth, lemon sauce, baby carrots
Red Curry Duck – pineapple, grilled peppers, potatoes, Thai red curry, rice
Steak Diane – 6 oz. filet of beef tenderloin, buttermilk mashers, garlic green beans
Pescado En Salsa Verde- baked cod, tomatillo sauce, almond and raisin brown rice, sweet potato chips
Acorn Squash & Potato Gnocchi – sage brown butter, cream, Parmigiano-Reggiano

Vanilla pavlova, grapefruit syrup, Aunt Polly’s garden pepper jam
Rocky Road to Love, sea salt brownie, Pints By Beth toasted marshmallow ice cream, Bourbon caramel drizzle, peanut brittle
