Le Jardin is celebrating Beaverdale’s Centennial celebration Thursday, December 14 with a four-course Beaverdale throwback menu.  The meal is $39 per person with a portion of the proceeds going to the Beaverdale Neighborhood Association.  Menu selections include:

Amuse Bouche

Bon Ton shooter  with pineapple infused vodka, mango, passion fruit syrup and club soda

with a chorizo and baked brie toast

The Beaverdale Wedge Salad

Crispy iceberg, tangy blue cheese dressing, peppered bacon, dried cranberries, candied walnuts

Entrée

Mama Lacona’s chicken spedini with linguini alfredo

Bistro 43’s ancho chile tenderloin, guacamole, roasted potatoes tossed in cumin vinaigrette

Dessert

(choice of)

Beaverdale bread pudding, old fashioned bread pudding with cream, cinnamon and raisins,

homemade vanilla Ice cream, caramel sauce

Rocky Road, sea salt brownie, crème anglaise,

Beaverdale Confection vanilla bean marshmallows and toffee crumbles

Dinner is $39 per person. Seatings are available from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please call 515-255-5787 for reservations. Vegetarian options are available upon request. In addition to our Beaverdale Centennial Prixe Fixe, we will be serving our regular menu as well.
