Valentine’s Day at Le Jardin

Celebrate your sweetheart this Valentine’s Day at Le jardin with a four course dinner prepared by Chef’s Tag and Ashton. Menu selections include:

 

First Course

Crab and Parmesan Clafoutis, roasted pepper coulis, radish sprouts

Smoked salmon toast, caper yogurt, avocado mousse

Second Course

Blackberry & Brie Salad – mandarin oranges, candied pecans, bacon, basil vinaigrette

Sesame Kale Salad – roasted sweet potato, bacon, walnuts

Main Course

Chicken Francese –  artichoke relish, potato purèe, Dolin Vermouth, lemon sauce, baby carrots

Red Curry Duck – pineapple, grilled peppers, potatoes, Thai red curry, rice

Steak Diane –  6 oz. filet of beef tenderloin, buttermilk mashers, garlic green beans

Pescado En Salsa Verde- baked cod, tomatillo sauce, almond and raisin brown rice, sweet potato chips

Acorn Squash & Potato Gnocchi – sage brown butter, cream, Parmigiano-Reggiano

Desserts

Vanilla pavlova, grapefruit syrup, Aunt Polly’s garden pepper jam

Rocky Road to Love, sea salt brownie, Pints By Beth toasted marshmallow ice cream, Bourbon caramel drizzle, peanut brittle

Red velvet crème brûlée, white chocolate strawberry

Banana pudding parfait, coconut whipped cream, shortbread cookies

 

Dinner is $65 per person. Seatings are available from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please call 515-255-5787 for reservations.

Le Jardin is located at 2815 Beaver Avenue, Suite 101 and serves dinner Thursday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to close. Le Jardin is open for brunch Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Menus and specials can be found at lejardindsm.com.
